Crosscourt is proud to be one of the few area Basketball Academies headed by a Coach with a 20-year successful
career at the Collegiate level who currently is the Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at Westminster Christian Academy.
In the course of his career Ribble served as Head Coach for both Lindenwood University and State Fair Community College as well as Assistant Coach for Hastings College, Missouri State, Drury University and UMSL. Ribble played at Missouri State University
on 2 NCAA Tournament Teams as well as two NIT Tournament Teams. His Honors include Academic All-American Candidate as well as Missouri Valley Conference All-Academic.

Currently Dale is a teacher and Head Varsity Coach at
Westminster Academy when he isn't working Crosscourt.

From a very young age basketball has been his passion and his energy, enthusiasm and faith are the key to his success. His ability to reach each and every player on a personal level far exceeds the norm. Coach Ribble believes that a Basketball Coach is a teacher and mentor first and foremost. His personal priority is to be a positive influence in the lives of his players and promote lifelong learning. His philosophy is a simple one: Be the best you can be with outstanding effort, attitude, character, teamwork and faith. Ribble puts his passion, skill, knowledge and whole heart into coaching.
